Sorbon-bon
I'm still sore that no one got my French joke the other day in class. We had to make up job application letters, right, and the psot Bec and I created was "Bonbonologue" for Guillaume Wonka's chocolate factory.So I said that I was educated at the "Sorbon-bon".
And no one laughed! Come on, tell me that's not funny. I think my delivery was just too deadpan. Man.
Anyhow, last night I crashed the Volunteer Association's drinks event with some of my friends. And discovered that I really, really can NOT hold my drink. It only took a single Witch's Brew to get me swaying and giggling like crazy. We went to Japanese later with a couple other girls also from North Syd. One of them DID WORK EXPERIENCE ON ENOUGH ROPE...!!! That girl, seriously, is my would-be twin if only I was a) smarter and b) less feckless. Am jealous. Very very jealous. I've mentioned, right, that Andrew Denton is my idol?
