Brought to you by the francophone blogosphere

Hot priests via Ni vu ni connu via Embruns.

I know, that's cheating blogging but it's too cruel not to share that yummy sinfulness with you.

In other news: Fisher library is STUPIDUS MAXIMUS. All the power points are in these columns in the middle of the aisle, about 1.5m from the desks. BUT we're not allowed string cords across the aisle. Which means you can't use the powerpoints unless you're sitting right next to the column or have an invisible cord or something. Will someone invent power-via-wifi already? Or kill the bright spark of an architect who thought this was a good idea?

In other other news: this quote had me cacking myself. From the inimitable Douglas Adam's "Mostly harmless".
'I know that astrology isn't a science,' said Gail. 'Of course it isn't. It's just an arbitrary set of rules like chess or tennis or, what's that strange thing you British play?'
'Er, cricket? Self-loathing?'
'Parliamentary democracy.'

Heh. Alright, back to the books.
