iShame

via this dude who got the idea from that dude who got it fromhere.

Embarassing music...where do I start? Let's just say that one of the genres on my iPod is "Daggy", and that's just the worst of the worst. Brace yourselves, dear readers:

> Celine Dion; Let's talk about love. I have two other albums as well, but I'm too ashamed/lazy to copy them.

> Olivia Newton-John, John Farnham, Anthony Warlow; The main event. Heh.

> Anthony Warlow; Face the music & Back in the swing. So his target audience is the midday TV crowd...but he has the best male voice in the business, dammit!

> Les dix commandements, Le petit prince, Notre dame de Paris, and a few Romeo & Juliette songs. French musicals. French musicals. French musicals. Good god.

> Various Eurovision. What? Some of these are actually ok! eg. Urban Trad's track last year, Salome.

> The Corrs, The best of the Corrs. I have an excuse for this one, it was FG's.

> 2 Johnny Halliday songs. "Laura" & "Marie". Also FG's but I actually like these.

> Various Australian Idol songs, including the Guy Sebastian album. Not really embarassing except with the alternative "too cool for manufactured pop" crowd.

> Daniel Lavoie; 3 albums. French-Canadian easy-listening dude who played the lustful priest in Notre Dame de Paris. Speaks for itself, really.

>Various Francis Cabrel. This guy has a guignol in his image, with skits such as "Le gulag, c'était mieux avant". Not sure if that's a good sign.
