About, oh, probably TEN YEARS after everyone else, I've discovered free, fast and LEGAL mp3 downloads.Wentworth wireless + some weird loophole in Usyd's free cache system + Download.com = 50 songs in as many minutes. Talk about fast. Usually I'm happy to get 1kb/sec. This time: 100kb/sec.
Colour me bamboozled.
Sure, much of it is crap, but it's a way to open my musical horizons without spending a dime. Who knew there was such thing as alt.country?
